SITA UK has run a successful Graduate Scheme since 2007, recruiting and training new talent into the organisation and industry. To date we have trained 10 general management graduates through the scheme, all of whom are still employed at the company.
We believe that training, demonstration and instruction are the best tools that we can provide to help our employees learn the skills to use in their future career and we encourage everyone to adopt a lifelong approach to learning in their professional development. Throughout our schemes, employees will work to a specifically designed internal and external training plan consisting of both practical and theoretical based skills.

For 2010, we are looking to recruit four engineering graduates to start with us in December 2010.
Applicants’ degree disciplines need to be in Energy or Process Engineering with a minimum of a 2:1, along with those all important factors of drive, personality and enthusiasm.
