Profiles of SITA UK staff giving their views of their roles and career opportunities / progression at SITA UK

Our workforce is made up of a diverse range of people, all of whom have different skills, backgrounds and life experiences. This diversity makes SITA UK an exciting and interesting place to work.

SITA UK is recognised as an Investor in People and all of our employees, whatever their job role or hours of work, participate in regular performance and development discussions with their managers, in which they map and plan out their career path.

We have developed a flexible training offer that includes on the job training, mentoring, development events and professional qualification study.

Employee engagement is an important element of our unique SITA UK culture - many employees enjoy participating in projects outside their day-to-day work and make a valuable contribution to the business by taking part in our employee forums, cross-division working groups or our giving something back programme.
