What induction program do you offer new employees?
Our induction programs are designed to welcome new employees to SITA UK and to ensure that they have all the information they need to carry out their job effectively and safely. Induction training begins with familiarising new employees with the SITA UK business and both general and job specific health and safety training. This is followed by a further period of induction tailored to meet the specific need of the new employee and their role. New employees are provided with a detailed welcome pack before their first day with us.
How is job performance measured?
As part of an annual review process, all employees agree targets and objectives for the next year with their line manager. These objectives and progress towards their achievement are reviewed with employees during the year.
Do you have a relocation package?
Yes. Eligibility for assistance under this scheme is dependent upon a number of factors. Further information on eligibility will be available from the HR Manager dealing with your application.
Can I submit an unsolicited application?
