SITA UK provides a range of recycling and resource management services to businesses and local authorities throughout the UK.

We collect recycling and general waste from 12 million residents and 40,000 businesses across the country.

We operate over 300 facilities including recycling, composting, landfill, security shredding and energy-from-waste facilities.

We invest in research and development – pioneering new technologies like producing fuel from landfill gas and energy from waste. Our SITA Scene publication, the magazine from SITA UK, provides a collection of news and examples of innovation for our customers.

We provide free education resources; education packs for teachers to use in class and our re:think website brings the subject of recycling and waste management to life for people of all ages.
