SITA UK provides a range of street cleansing services to our local authority clients.
The services we provide within street cleansing include mechanical sweeping, manual sweeping, fly tip removal, litter picking, street washing, car park cleansing, litter bin emptying, dog bin emptying, weed spraying, market cleansing, graffiti removal, chewing gum removal and beach cleansing.
Street cleansing is a 24 hours a day, seven days a week task and we provide skilled staff to deliver these services. We have designed a specific training programme for employees at some of our contracts and have also put a number of our street cleansing operatives through an NVQ qualification.
